HEY - I PAY FOR THAT PARKING SPOT!

Is there a car parked in your Covered  or Reserved Uncovered Space?  Did you know you do not need to contact the Board to have the car towed?  Although the Board greatly appreciates the information, you can have the car towed on your own and inform the Board after you request the tow.
Information to have ready:
  • One of the following that pertains to your parking space:
    • Your deed showing you have the rights to the Covered Space (you can obtain a copy of this from Arapahoe County Property Search 
    • Your Reserved Space Lease agreement for Uncovered space
    • Your unit lease agreement showing you have the right to park in the covered or uncovered reserved space, if you are a tenant.
  • Photo(s) of the vehicle to be towed.  The photos must include the vehicle plate and must show they are parked in your Reserved or Covered spot, you may need to take a couple photos.
  • Date/Time of Call for towing
 
WHO DO YOU CALL?
Olde Mill HOA has an agreement with Tri-County Auto Recovery AT 720-298-7466.  Please send an email to OldeMill@mmhoaservices.com to advise the Management company and the Board of the Tow and include the photos of the vehicle being towed.
 
The signs for Tri-County are located at the entrance of our property as well as a few other locations on the property.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
DON’T DO IT!!!
Homeowners and Tenants CANNOT call for towing on vehicles anywhere else on the property.  The following MUST be conducted by a Board Member:
  • Towing of a vehicle belonging to someone from the Villas
  • Towing of a vehicle that has been “stored” – not moved in 7 days
  • Towing of a vehicle in entrance/egress
  • Towing of a vehicle for any other reason than parked in YOUR Reserved space.
These actions require notifications and reviews prior to towing.  If you do request a tow for anything other than your space, the charges for the tow and storage will be assessed back to your unit as you must provide your name and reason for the tow.

 

CLUBHOUSE RENTALS - If you have rented the clubhouse, you may want to consider postponing your event(s).  At this time the clubhouse remains open for rent, however we are monitoring the CDC and CDPHE guidelines to determine if this facility should be closed.

Where/How to Pay your Association Fees

 

Homeowner Assessments are due on the 1st of each month and must be received on or before the 10th of every month to avoid any late fees and interest charges.  Please click here to see payment options on our Residents --->  HOA Payments Page.

Clubhouse Rentals

Rental of the clubhouse is based on availability which will be on first come/first serve basis.  Fees for clubhouse use are:

  • $30/day for the clubhouse (no partial fees even if you only need it for a few hours).
  • $60 cleaning fee - Waived if you clean the clubhouse yourself
  • Actual Cost of any repairs/replacements due to damages if required.

You may email us at oldemill@mmhoaservices.com to see if the space is available.  The agreement must be submitted to M&M Property Management (information is included on the form).  Your account will be assessed the rental fee (unless other payment is arranged with M&M).  The reservation will not be finalized until M&M has confirmed receipt of the reservation form.   Click here for more information.
